Radio Wolfgang currently has an exciting opportunity for a hard working Production Co-ordinator. The role would suit candidates with at least entry level experience in production.

Responsibilities include:
•  Providing general administrative support to the Production Manger
•  Supporting both production and staff expense management
•  Delivering  basic financial tasks including occasional supplier invoice management
•  Liaising with the Accounting team to maintaining company licenses and subscriptions
•  Supporting the Production Manager with the distribution of contracts.
•  Creating a database of company information for staff and freelancers
•  Supporting the production team assisting with research (talent and contributors), casting, studio bookings, transport and travel booking and equipment purchases.
•  Arranging company transport where necessary.
•  Managing the company audio equipment and developing an equipment sign out system and log.
•  Supporting the development team with research across a range of programming
•  Liaising with the wider Marketing team to drive engagement across applicable Auddy lines of business and social media platforms

Job Description
Auddy’s  Insight Team is responsible for delivering insight, research and data to the business, building knowledge, and driving decision making within the company – from content development to marketing. This ENTRY LEVEL position offers an exciting opportunity to understand consumer and B2B audience data and behaviours and to impact on strategic and editorial decisions.

This job will involve supporting directly the Head of Insight in the day-to-day analysis and reporting of audience data for our digital content – along with dealing with ad hoc requests and providing support on longer term projects.

You will learn how to use and analyse all available datasets and other research sources in order to provide insight to inform our decision making. You will be provided with all training needed to use our software systems, so no prior knowledge of these is needed.

Candidate Profile
1. This full time role would be well suited to a marketer/researcher with a keen interest in technology – or to a quantitative or computer science graduate with an interest in applied insights.
2. You have an interest in pursuing a career in analytics or research – and have a curiosity to understand people and trends. You are highly numerate, combined with strong analytical and IT skills and a proactive approach to work and learning.
3. You have excellent written and communication skills – and are able demonstrate experience (professional or academic) of data analysis and/or market research, or at least an interest in those fields.

Key Responsibilities
·       Assist with regular performance reporting using all available audience data and insight resources – and create meaningful audience insights;
·       Assist with ad hoc research to support content ideas and development; conduct desk research and data gathering as required;
·       Assist with annual or other periodic research projects to support the strategic direction of the company;
·       Help to create a monthly analytics update;
·       Assist in the smooth operation and continued development of reports and systems;
·       Ensure that audience insight is shared with others as appropriate;
·       When requested, assist with research for Auddy newsletter/s (and, potentially, other publications);
·       Assist with the upkeep of an industry knowledge database;
·       Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks as required;
·       Proactively use all available insight sources to help to answer business questions.

Our Ideal Candidate
·       Is confident, proactive and with a helpful attitude;
·       Is interested in developing a career in data analysis and/or audience research;
·       Has knowledge of – and passion about – podcasts and other digital media;.
·       Has a passion for data;
·       Is a quick learner with the ability to pick up various IT packages quickly;
·       Has already advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
·       Is highly numerate – combined with a high level of accuracy and paying always close attention to detail;
·       Has some experience of data/analysis techniques;
·       Has already analytical skills and a creative approach to problem solving – in particular the ability to extract key points from research and to translate these to effective insight;
·       Is able to work autonomously – but also a reliable team member ;
·       Is open to change – and respond flexibly to new challenges. Is also keen to seek out new ways of doing things;
·       Is not afraid to challenge others and the status quo;
·       Has good interpersonal and communication skills;
·       Has a desire to take charge of her/his own learning and development.

This full time, entry level role will be carried out remotely, although most of the Auddy team are London/SE based. We anticipate that, eventually, there will be the opportunity for a flexible working model (incorporating a mixed office and home-based schedule).

Radio Wolfgang currently has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Producer to join our team working on 2 long running series. We are looking for someone who can support our team of producers in creating the high quality content that Radio Wolfgang is known for.

Role Responsibilities include:

• You will work with our production team to deliver 2 new long running podcast series.

• You will work across both series, providing editorial and creative feedback on narrative structure, scripts and sound design You will work with the production teams to ensure that all deliverables are met within the agreed budgets. You will work with the series producers to maintain show scheduling You will work with the production management team and producers to help to ensure proper tracking of show budgets and production timelines. You will be central point of communication for the clients on all production, schedule, contractual and financial matters and key to ensuring high client satisfaction. You will have input into discussions around artwork, marketing, PR and sales for the series.

• You’ll be able to work with new talent encouraging them to bring their knowledge to the series in an entertaining and informative way.

What are we looking for:

• Experience in audio production

• Experience as an executive producer of long form audio shows.

• Experience in creative story telling Ability to manage multiple projects in varying stages while maintaining a high quality of wor k. E xcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships based on trust.

We are looking for a passionate programme maker with some experience working on a weekly series based around Science/ Technology/Innovation/ News, audio content. We are looking for someone to join the team who can write, produce and edit, approaching production in an imaginati ve and creative way and who can work with us to create this exciting new series.

Role Responsibilities include:

• You will work with our lead producer to create a new 20 part podcast series working closely with the client and the Radio Wolfgang team.

• You’ll work on all areas of production efficiently

• You will be working closely with the client to develop and write scripts based on specialist .knowledge

• You will be identifying and casting specialist contributors from in the fields of science and technology

• You’ll be able to develop and work with new talent encouraging them to bring their knowledge to the series in an entertaining and informative way.

• You’ll be comfortable coaching contributors and guests through interviews both in person and remotely.

• You’ll have experience of sound recording remotely and on location with the ability to trouble shoot in studio and field environments.

• You’ll have some experience editing contributor interviews What are we looking for:

• You will be the first point of call for the production talent and with the help of the wider production team will manage their contributions to the series.

• You’ll have solid experience of sound recording remotely, on location but more specifically in studio with the ability to trouble shoot in all environments.
